MELISSA TARCA
Stylist / Owner
After graduating from Le Melange Academy of Hair in 2001 Melissa started working at Hanalei Salon. In 2003 she went on to buy the salon, later changing the name to Montage Hair Design.
Highlighting/lowlighting, coloring, and cutting are what Melissa enjoy most. She is also certified in Brazilian Blowouts.
Melissa loves being able to help people feel great about their hair and building relationships with clients. Being a salon owner, Melissa strives to create a welcoming environment, a team of quality and versatile stylists and quality hair products for everyone.
SARAH PUCKETT
Stylist
Specialties : Precision cutting, textured & curly cuts, mens & kids cuts, multi dimensional color, gray coverage, color correction, blonding, sun-kissed golden highlighting.
Sarah was born and raised in Santa Rosa. She obtained her license at our local cosmetology school and started her career in hair in 1999. Most of her training had been with Wella hair color, Redken, Schwartzkopf, Davines and Unite just to name a few. She has assisted and trained under some of the best Sonoma County hairstylists learning cutting/razor techniques on straight, textured, and curly hair. Sarah also excels in color, creating dimension and tone that are tailored to fit each clients specific needs, personality and lifestyle. Loving your hairstyle starts with a fabulous cut and color and it would be her pleasure to be your stylist.
AMANDA PATRICK
Stylist
Upon graduating high school, Amanda attended Le Melange Academy of Hair in Napa where she completed her course and obtained her license in the summer of 2009.She immediately began assisting and learning more at a salon in Petaluma. Missing being directly behind the chair and creating, she dove into building her own clientele after joining the Montage team in early 2010.Amanda enjoys women's haircuts, color, balayage, foiling, and a lived in color look. There are so many ways to achieve different looks, finding what works best for each client while maintaining the integrity of the clients hair is a priority of hers. Her favorite things about being a hairstylist are the relationships with clients that form, being able to be creative every day and making her clients feel great about their hair.
AIMEE VILLEGAS
Stylist
Specialties : Precision haircuts, gray coverage, natural highlights & lowlights, balayage, beautiful lived in color.
Certfied in : Brazilian blowout
Aimee graduated from beauty school in 1991 and has been working in the industry for over 30 years. She is a firm believer in life-long learning and has attended over 50 hands-on workshops all over the United States. She is always learning new techniques to help achieve her clients desired look. Her passions are the gym, traveling with her adult children, but most importantly making people happy. Aimee is excited to meet you and create a masterpiece together and for the opportunity to be your personal stylist.

JAMIE DUNBAR
Stylist
Jamie began her career in the beauty industry in 2009 after graduating from Lytle's Redwood Empire Beauty College in Santa Rosa. She knew from an early age that hair design was her true passion and her love for it shows in all aspects of her work. Jamie specializes in color, highlighting, balayage, and haircuts for both men and women. Jamie is also certified in hair extensions and enjoys special occasion styling.
ASHLEY PANG
Stylist
In 2007 Ashley graduated and completed her state board exams in cosmetology. She started her career working and completing the Toni & Guy education program. She has worked in Sonoma County and Austin TX. Ashley enjoys haircutting, styling, color, balayage, lived in color, and extensions (tape in and hand tied).
CATHERINE OUTLAW
Stylist
Catherine's passion for hair has been present since a very young age. She graduated from Redwood Empire Beauty College in 2005. Since then she has mastered a wide range of color/highlighting and cutting techniques which include Deva Curl/Advanced trained Grund Razor, Pivot Point, Unite color/cutting classes and many highlighting/balayage classes. Catherine places a high value in listening to her clients and understanding their needs.
